For others this causes platelets to stick to vascular walls (endothelium) where it impedes circulation, causes strokes and heart attacks.

This subtle sickness is often seen in the negative side of a personality that is otherwise pleasant. A life theme is the desire to demand and control (however nicely and pleasantly expressed). Other sugar problems magnify the behavior. A mild degree of the disease disinclines the subject to make many friends. A moderate degree also rejects people using a range of sarcasm to outright attacks on others. The subject is unaware of the marked negativity so much so that they blame others for what they have done. There are clearly aspects of multiple personalities with the shifts in adrenal output. Pleasant behavior may be more common, but the outbursts of negativity are strong enough to make others shun the subject. Later in life, the constant souring of the sugar nerves produces a personality along the lines of the "wicked witch (or warlock) of the east". Outbursts are most common 1/2 to 2 hours after meals but can come at any time.
